Well it’s been a crazy summer here at TotallyBeads. We have been taking delivery of many new items and still have several more shipments arriving in September.

Our new website has launched in June we have some issues with the site not accepting orders from some customers. We have logged all the problems and are trying to get them fixed as soon as possible. If you are still having issues can I recommend google chrome browser as this is far better than Internet explorer in our opinion.

The show season is just starting with Perth bead fair already passed and the London show coming soon. We have a busy show season ahead and look forward to seeing you all at the events.

Anyway I hope you enjoy the new products that we will he launching over the coming weeks and we appreciate any feedback from you on the website and improvements that we can make.

2010 Exhibitions are all finished

Well we have come to the end of another year of bead shows and exhibitions, and what a year with a record 60 events attended in 2010.

The last shows of 2010 were the Knitting & Stitching Show in Harroagte, which became the Christmas wonderland at around 4pm on the final day, a pretty sight, but not if you are trying to load 2 vans with stock battling a blizzard. The other show was Gem n Bead Farnham in sub zero temperature, our thanks to those customers who braved the cold to stock up before Christmas.

I somehow cannot believe we did 60 events this year, but the calendar does not lie, well unless you put the wrong date in, which did happen once or twice, oopps. My thanks go out to my Mum and Dad who helped at a lot of shows and my employees who all mucked in and did at least a few shows each in 2010 even if they had never done a show before.

The 2011 shows are up already and currently total about 50, but i am sure more will come along soon.

Over the coming weeks we will be shifting stock to the new larger warehouse where we will be working from January 2011, which we are all looking forward to as we will have more space and more importantly, better heating

Crazy Week’s for TotallyBeads

Well it’s been a hectic few weeks for TotallyBeads. Kitti (our owner) gave birth to a little baby boy, called Christopher on the 6th October. I would like to thank everyone for your warm wishes and gifts.

This week we will be exhibiting at 3 huge shows, Hobbycrafts @ Glasgow SECC, Knitting & Stitching @ RDS Dublin Ireland and the Big Bead Show @ Sandown Park Racecourse, Surrey.

We will have stands at all 3 shows with a great selection of beads and jewellery components on offer as well as special offers for each show.

Next week we will be at the Hobbycrafts show, NEC, Birmingham. We will also have a special jewellery making workshop running all day, so anyone visiting can book in and learn to make some great pieces of jewellery for FREE.
